Hi DeeDee,
I am feeling really overwhelmed with my school work, I feel like I don’t have time for anything anymore. How do I become more organized in life?

Hello I.C.,
Really organized people are not born organized. They have to develop healthy habits that help them to stay organized. Taking eight high school classes, maintaining a good GPA, having a social life, and whatever else may be on your plate, can feel a little overwhelming for anyone, to say the least. It may seem like an intimidating task to get everything done without feeling stressed, but it is possible to maintain a balanced schedule. Here are five easy tips to maintain a more “organized life.”

1. Keep your planner updated
2. Work ahead (don’t procrastinate)
3. Get a good nights sleep
4. Prioritize your work
5. Make time for yourself

Following this advice, may not completely erase all of your problems, but it will help you stay on track, and not feel so overwhelmed.
